Entrance Way Art Work

A huge thank you to Claire and Phil from Active Art for all their hard work putting together our art deco Blencathra inspired art installation. All the pupils at school contributed to create something absolutely incredible. If you haven’t seen it already please call into school to see it!

Internet Safety

It was great to welcome Police Community Support Officer Erica Norman into school this afternoon. She spoke to Class 2 and 3 about the importance of keeping safe online.

Choir Concert at St John’s Church

The Keswick Primary Schools Choir sounded amazing on Wednesday night at St John’s Church. Well done to all our pupils who sang so beautifully.

Poetry Workshop

The pupils in Class 3 loved being visited by poet Katie Hale today! They produced some fantastic poetry all about amazing Cumbrian landscapes.

Young Voices at Manchester Arena

The Year Five and Six choir members loved singing as part of the Keswick Primary Schools choir on Wednesday night. They performed with children from all over the North West at Manchester Arena in front of 6,000 people!

Keswick Schools Art Competition

Congratulations to the two winners of the Keswick Schools Art Competition! The winning paintings will be displayed in the museum as part of the War and Peace exhibition. The pupils received their prizes in assembly this morning.

Beauty and the Beast

Well done to drama club for putting on an excellent performance of their version of Beauty and the Beast at the Theatre by the Lake. The group not only acted superbly but they also worked together to prepare the script!

Little Angel Gets Her Wings

Class One were amazing in their two performances of Little Angel Gets Her Wings. Class Two and Three did a great job singing all of the songs. Thank you to everyone who came to watch!   

Preparing for Spring

Some of our Class One pupils spent the morning planting lots of bulbs around our playground. Thank you very much to Annette for donating them to school!

Remembrance Day Service

All the primary schools in Keswick came together on Friday to commemorate all those affected by conflict. We also spent the week thinking about the significance of the poppy and  learning about the First World War.
